Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Pieces must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • A $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Refunds are returned to your original form of payment
  • Allow 5–7 business days for refund processing

Exchanges

  • We happily exchange for a different size or style within 30 days
  • Item must be unworn and in original condition
  • Exchange shipping is free when your new order is equal or greater in value
  • Please reach out before sending anything back

Final Sale & Exceptions

  • Sale and discounted items are final sale — no returns or exchanges
  • Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons
  • Items showing signs of wear cannot be returned
  • Collette is not responsible for returns sent without prior approval
